grajson
Hi, I am using two languages in my shop (english and polish), but want to have invoices only in engilsh. The only way I found and could work is to fill all fields in Polish translation of the invoice with english words. I'm asking if it's the only way because don't want to loose polish translation just in case. BTW I am quite noob in presta software
El Patron
if your customer selects polish language...then why would you want to send them an English email?
grajson
It is all about invoices. The shop is workin in ireland where some polish people are living. I have to collect all sales invoices in case of revenue inspection. I doubt if i can give polish invoices in ireland.
larsblancohansen
I have a similar problem. I am operating a shop out of China but generally supplying customer in Europe. When the customer orders using Danish or Spanish which are our alternatives to English, all the back office documents reflect the translated product names. This is a problem for my logistics in terms of printing lists for pick & pack for the warehouse where my colleagues cannot read Danish or Spanish. It is also a problem when I want to enclose the invoice with the shipment for customs clearance. Any one has an idea how the back office documents can be kept in English? www.monda-led.com
