Its takes me about 10 minutes to find Cart button in Your store. Its so messed up with other things, that I add new product again to my cart and then I was able to go from this popup to my cart. It drives me mental half the time but it works for the time being while I wait for the cms on prestashop to be ungraded a bit as currently the lack of options makes it impossible for me to use it in the way that I want.
