Refund Of Product Filter Or At Least A Voucher For Other Addon

Hi,

 

I purchased 2 days ago Product Filter addon... But is not working properly, it doesn't implement well with my site and I prefer using the default filter of prestashop.

 

I'd like a refund or a voucher for other addon I'm going to purchase , but Prestashop does not answer my emails neither the developer of the product.

 

What can I do ? I'm in my 7 days of refund.

Did you check your spam/junk folder to see if you received a reply from the module developer? What does the module developer's refund policy state on add-ons.prestashop.com or their website?
