How To Edit Contact Form

Hi all,

 

Attached is a screenshot of the Contact Form that comes by default with prestashop.

 

I want to add some text to the top description as well as change the "Subjects" the client is able to select when sending a message.

 

I´ve marked in red the sections I want changed on the screenshot.

 

How can I do this?

Thanks for the reply stickees. Followed your instructions and changed the Contacts of the form

 

One thing though, I accessed the contact-form tpl file and it shows the text I want to change in English, but I am using the Spanish version of prestashop.

 

How can I change the text above the contact form?

Hey guys, any idea how to add more fields into the contact form? Like text fields, radio fields etc.? Thanks!

in this case you have to edit .tpl file and then - also contact controller (to change mail body)

for save new fields in database, I suggest use hook actionObjectCustomerThreadAddAfter (case with new thread) and actionObjectCustomerMessageAddAfter (case with open thread)
