leofrog8 Posted February 19, 2013 Share Posted February 19, 2013 Hi Guys, I just signed up for the free service on Awardspace and I'm endeavouring to set up default site as a tester - i have all the files there and proceeding through the install - all is well until "Populate database tables" with a red cross comes up at 34% shop set up. I check my database and it is part created, so I drop the database and try again - still no joy. I can't access any error logs as I'm on the free service. Has anyone experienced a similar problem and has a workaround please. I think the problem lies in the fact that not enough database tables are set-up so, when it comes to populating them, it can't because they are not there.
