Problem With Order: Cart Cannot Be Loaded Or An Order Has Already Been Placed Using This Cart

I know there are a few more topics and bug reports for this problem but I can't get it solved.

After my customer has paid I get a log report with the following message:

Cart cannot be loaded or an order has already been placed using this cart

 

The message is only with one but the most important payment module: Sisow Ideal

 

The order will not come in my order list en I have to go to the customer account and put it to paid by hand. After that the order will be in the list.

 

Does somebody know what the problem is? Hope to hear from you soon!

Hi DorkV,  were you able to solve this problem? Unfortunately this module was not developed by PrestaShop, the best thing for you to do would be to contact the developer of the module and see if there is any information about this error and any fixes. Thank you!
