Moving the "Customized Text Field" to the "buy_block"

Hi there,
we sell T-shirts with personal texts, like names.
That means that on some products the customer is forced to enter a text to be included with the product
and when that is, we would like to have that field on the same place as the rest of the attributes, "color, size and so on".
Is there anyone that has done this ?
I tried to move the "{if $product->customizable}" in themes/xxx/product.tpl into the block
buy_block after the rest of the attributes and the textfield got there alright,
but when I press the Save-button it just hangs in the "upload" phase.
Is there something else that needs to be moved or am I moving the wrong block, to much or.... ?
I have included a screenshot that shows how it looks now.
Of course I am intending to remove some styles from it but this is just to show how I mean.

looks like you might have put the custoum field FORM inside of the attribute form.

I have been doing simular product.tpl changes so I know it can be done.

How did you managed to put the custom field form inside the attribute form?
Do you have a piece of sample code, i am struggling with this issue for quit a while.
