I like your software, the features it includes and the high degree of usability.I am preparing an online shop for a food store that is working with products such as olive oil, olives, wines, cheese, etc. My problem is with the cheese. In order to purchase cheese we have defined the product "Combinations" to include some fixed weights such as 250 gr., 500 gr., 750 gr., 1 kg, etc. The problem is that is impossible to cut a cheese and obtain the exact weight that the client has bought. For example, a client has purchased a 250 gr. piece of cheese, but when we're cutting the cheese piece, we obtain a piece of 240 gr. or 270 gr. Our goal is to charge the client the exact weight of cheese purchased. Is there any way to change the final amount that the client has to pay after the order has been completed? Patric Posted July 7, 2009 Share Posted July 7, 2009 The problem is that if the customer pays via PayPal or Credit Card, the order is prepared (and cheese cutted) AFTER the customer's payment.If you only accept delayed payment method (cheque, bankwire, cash on delivery,...) so it may be different.But PrestaShop doesn't actually allow to modify an order from the BO.Maybe a module allowing to do this exists.
