elund
I am having annoying problems with the MoneyBookers (Skrill) module. After successful Skrill payment the order is created in PrestaShop, but no invoice is created, status is not updated and no email is sent about the order. The customer get an message about problems with his payment. I have also experienced that the invoice wasn't created or that not all items were added to the invoice. But the payment to Skrill has always been correct. I am using the latest versions PrestaShop 1.5.3.1 and Moneybookers 1.6.4. Any ideas? Thanks in advance, Elund
elund
Looks like I have to find another card acquirer instead of Skrill... Today an invoice were created in my shop, but no payment received in my Skrill account :-(
Guest
This is to do with the Mail alerts module. Having the mail alerts module activated causes this error. Deactivate the module and the error goes away. I have had communications with both Prestashop support and Skrill neither if which take responsibility to fix this A support member from prestashop did start working on this, but they then disappeared from communications

tuk66
What about PayPal? They also accept cards, fees are lower and overall rules are better (my opinion).
Mario_p
Customers doesen't know then they can pay with card on paypal site. Pay pal is pay pal and if they don't see Visa logo they don't click. I found Syspay any one using it?
tuk66
Just add the VISA logo and "Pay with PayPal or with your debit or credit card" text to your PayPal payment module as I have done at presta-addons.com.
