hipeq
Hello, I have done an upgrade from 1.4 to 1.5 and looks like everything is working except in the backoffice when I try to create a new order I can not select payment, delivery or any other options. Previous order history is also not showing for any customer. This is after I have selected a customer and a product..
NemoPS
Hi, Can you see if there is a red mark in the bottom right part of the browser (chrome)? It might be some javascript issue
hipeq
No red mark.. I also tried to use an empty Prestashop 1.5 database with my install and that one worked fine.. so it looks like there is something missing or conflicting in the database... what do you think? NemoPS
Uhm... mysterious. Can you remember what you did before it stopped working?
hipeq
since I upgraded from 1.4.9 it would not work...
hipeq
Here is the solution I have found: delete ps_tab and ps_tab_lang and replace them with tables from Prestashop 1.5 fresh install database.. that fixed it...
theidealglass
I'm having this issue too, where would I find the ps_tab files please?
NemoPS
I'm having this issue too, where would I find the ps_tab files please? You should be able to find them in the database, note that ps_ is a prefix, and might be different on your system
