{Solved} How Can I Get My "add New" And "help" Buttons Back

How can I get my "Add New" and "Help" buttons back

 

They are missing from the Shipping > Carriers page, as is the list of carriers.

 

 

Everything works fine. Customers can see the carriers. I just can;t edit them or add new ones

Hi,

Have you edited the adminCarriers controller? Maybe you unset those from initToolbar? Or maybe you changed the user's permissions and denied "create"?

@Nemo1 - thanks for the help and suggestions

 

AdminCarrierscontroller.php - I have not edited that file. I have tried uploading a fresh copy to Controllers folder and the Override folder with no effect

 

initToolbar : Not sure what that is, so I am guessing that is Admin > Menus?. Everything there is as it should be and coincides with a working shop. But the only thing there is the Carriers page, and that appears anyway.

 

Permissions: I am logged in as SuperAdmin and those settings cannot be altered. I tried changing the permissions of Salesman to allow all privelidges and this also had no effect

Still pulling the last few strands of my hair out

 

From what I can tell now using Firebug, these two files are not loading (no error given - so they must not be being called)

 

admin-dnd.js

 

and

 

jquery.tablednd.jds

 

Both files are there and working (as they are used elsewhere OK) so for some reason they are not being asked for on the Carriers page. What I can't find is the code where it should be being loaded

 

Can anyone help with where i can find where these are called from so i can check the code ?
