Sonia77 Posted February 14, 2013 Share Posted February 14, 2013 salve a tutti sono nuova, ho un problema su prestashop versione 1.5 quando il cliente personalizza un acquisto alcuni file jpg li prende altri no :-( nonostante il file non sia di dimensioni grosse, ho messo come dimensioni max immagini 8 mb non so cosa posso fare :-( mi date una mano? quando inserisco il file e salvo mi esce la pagina bianca dicendo: Errore del server Si è verificato un errore nel sito web durante il recupero di http://www.grottaglie.net/index.php?id_product=12&controller=product&&deletePicture=3. Potrebbe non essere disponibile per manutenzione o essere configurato in modo errato. Ecco qualche suggerimento: Ricarica questa pagina web più tardi.Errore HTTP 500 (Internal Server Error): Si è verificata una condizione imprevista durante il tentativo del server di soddisfare la richiesta.
