JLB Electronics
Hi, I am currently using prestashop Version 1.5.3.1 I have been creating new products with no problems up until now. Now when I create a new product and add the image every thing seems ok. But the image is not available on the product page or the new product block (Front office) If I try to view the image in the front office I get the following error. The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later. This all worked fine before but now I cannot create any new products with images? The other strange thing that I noticed is that on the (BO) Catalog / products page, any new product images are displayed under the photo column. The products that work fine do not have and never did have the product image displayed under the photo column. (See attached file) The new product is listed at the bottom, which shows the product image in the photo column but does not show the image in the front office product page. I hope this makes some sort of sense. Any ideas? Thank you for your time. Kind Regards Paul
JLB Electronics
[solved] This problem is now fixed. By turning OFF the image legacy system and moving all images to the new image system in 1.5 has fixed this problem. However, it does not explain why this was working after the initial install using the legacy image file system?

Tommytoggs
I had the same problem with no new images displaying in front office . I tried all the usual,f5 file submissions image legacy etc etc etc , pulling my hair out , you know the script . Now issue solved . (with help from my daughter) My browser was remembering my trial presta shop . the url having \ presta \ in between, after deleting presta I went straight into my official site . Re did the new images ,now everything is fine. I hope this is useful to a few sole searching traders .
