shop url and cannot access back office

Hi,

 

i have changed presta from development site to main domain when i tried to change the shop url to www.mydomain.com , it works but after some time already registered used cannot login into the shop

can anyone help me how to resolve?

 

i also have other query, i cannot access my back office but the username and password are correct i didnt upgrade my shop

 

can anyone provide solution for these problems?

I had a similiar problem sometime ago.

If i rember correctly.

It has to do with the ps_shop_url. Check that it contains the correct addresses.

 

It's a common problem, google it, you should find the solution.

how you install new version on remote server? It's important question, because with new installation your configuration file has got new values.

 

if you import data from localhost to remote sql, you must check something.

 

copare remote settings.inc.php file with the same file from localhost, values i posted below must be the same:

 

define('_COOKIE_KEY_', 'codehere');
define('_COOKIE_IV_', 'codehere');
define('_RIJNDAEL_KEY_', 'codehere');
define('_RIJNDAEL_IV_', 'codehere');

 

before any update make a backup!
