go2pub
Hi I've finally taken the plunge and upgraded from 5.2 to 5.3.1 I've got most things working as expected except the mobile theme. When I enable it and view the theme on a mobile there's no styling applied and the theme appears just as a list of categories, when I click on these and go to the category, the product lists and product pages appear broken. My question is, has anyone got the mobile theme working on 1.5.3.1 and if so how did you do it? Could you give me a link to look at your mobile site. I can't find any difference between 1.5.2 and 1.5.3 mobile themes files, so I'm wondering if this may be the problem, but I'm a bit lost and any help or info would be appreciated. go2pub
Hi Your reply is what's making me think about returning to oscommerce lol ask a question about a default feature and get a spam reply trying to sell an add on. Seems to be the norm here on the prestashop forums.

constantina
I didn't find any free mobile theme for 1.5.3. Mobile theme module developed by prestashop is only compatibile with v1.4 as seen on link, am I wrong? Is there a prestashop developed mobile theme that could be used with 1.5? http://addons.prestashop.com/en/front-office-features-prestashop-modules/6165-prestashop-mobile-template-14.html

I'm playing with the different jquery versions as I sort of remember having to do something to 1.5.2 to get it to work, but I stupidly thought it might have been fixed in 1.5.3 I'm learning every day not to expect to much from prestashop updates lol

gila
I can see now that all is well i manually loaded into the heder.tpl of mobile theme all the javascript i found in the themes/default/mobile/ folder i think this function in header.tpl does not works: {if isset($js_files)} {foreach from=$js_files item=js_uri} <script type="text/javascript" src="{$js_uri}"></script> {/foreach} {/if} still have some problem, if you enter into the "sedie" category you will see "non ci sono prodotti" ("there are no products") but ther are a lot of sub categories tht's aren't shown.
