iib Posted February 13, 2013 Share Posted February 13, 2013 I installed Prestashop 1.5. I did all deletion / renaming recommended in the end of installation. I even accessed once the admin panel. But for the second time (after few days) was impossible. I have the login window. I fill the email and password (even with copy/paste from the mail received after installation). After clicking Login the window reappears again empty, with no error message. If I fill in again I get the same behavior. I use Chrome. I deleted cookies, I tried with Firefox, I renamed again admin folder, etc... the same result. I tried to use Lost Password link. After I enter the email and click Send, I get this error message: An error occurred during your password change. Thank you for suggestions if you've met this situation. It's strange that I can login in IE, but in Chrome I can't, even though half an hour ago I could login. Does anybody know what could be the solution for me?
