Duplicate title tags and Strange URLs

Hi,

Can someone please help me?

In Google webmaster tools in the HTML Duplicate title tags section

Our website is pulling in English versions of the URLs in different languages and randomly pulling in the Drew one over 400 times.

I have no idea where it coming from can someone please take a look

Use cannonical urls and it should stop that.

Automatically redirect to Canonical url is set to on.

this is the form of Canonical Issue,

this showing basically the same content/title/description due to URL variation.

 

Ideally, the title/description is meant to be Unique to each page,

you need bit of code that handles the Title changed, so it includes the comment number in the title.
