how can i add custom quote(price) for a product in the cart?

Hi,

i have created a module to calculate pricing for a particular product where customer define certain values and an instant quote is generated.

I have created a product called custom quote with price as $1, now i want to add the quote amount

for this product to the cart eg: if the instant quote calculator amount is $10 then on the cart custom quote amount should be $11 i.e. custom quote x 1=$1+$10

 

can someone help me on this please???
