stuck-again
Hello all. I need a bit of help configuring shipping costs. Quite straight forward - It would seem. If the checkout total is between 0 and 30 Euros, the shipping should be set to 3 Euros If the checkout total is between 30.01 and 60 Euros, the shipping should be set to 7 Euros If the checkout total is between 60.01 and 99.99 Euros, the shipping should be set to 10 Euros How do I set this up in Prestashop version 1.5? I've tried a few different ways but nothing seems to work properly. Thanks so much in advance. Kent.
gonebdg - webindoshop.com
Configure your Shipping - Billing to "According to total price" (Default behavior) Back Office > Shipping : Billing Block Then Configure the Price Ranges for selected carrier as you need Back Office > Shipping > Price Ranges You can also override the Billing Default behavior, in each carrier configuration Back Office > Shipping > Carrier : edit

vnwnnk
Hi, I have a simmilar problem, in a different way: Why different? For me the size of the product is important. 1. envelop: 0 to 2 kgs = 3 Euros 2. package 0 to 10 kgs = 6,75 Euros (bigger than your letterbox) 3. package 10 to 30 kgs = 12 Euros ,, 4. free pick up at store (and free shipping after 75 Euros) Every variabel has been put in PS, weight, dimensions etc. with the product and the carrier. When you log in as customer PS does everything it should do, is shows option 2 and 4 when the product is bigger than the letterbox. When you do the quick check out (and not log in) it shows options 1, 2 en 4. This is not correct... Do you know how to solve this? gonebdg - webindoshop.com
Prestashop can only bill the shipping cost in 2 ways: According to Total Price and According to Total Weight If you want to bill the shipping cost According to packages Dimensions (width, height, lenght) then you should develop a carrier module which can process the packages dimensions But if the issue is about carrier options, then you should check your carrier : envelope and make sure if this carrier is not used for guest or visitor. Back Office > Shipping > Carrier : edit Hint : Group access
