Website got penalty from google

Hi everyone,

 

My eshop http://24hurt.eu is running on PS 1.3.1.1, and don't use any tricks or module to improve ranking on google, and often remove error links crawl by Google bots. Yesterday customers called and informed us that they couldn't find us on internet, after checking, sadly said it's true and in google webmaster tools there is a message:

 

Status

Site health checks

Details

Important pages removed?

Some important page has been removed by request.

 

Please help or give me an advice, because the shop is very important to me but I don't know how to do in this case.

In HTML Improvements on google webmaster tools, we got alot of duplicate content even use module Duplicate URL Redirect

After reading, studing some articles, I've checked all links that were removed on yesterday, I found by my fault I add link

to remove !!!!

but don't understand some link for example

google bot crawled and noticed that is 404, but when click is direct to index page, that so google remove my site from their result engine.

And I don't understand why I hover mouse to this 404 links (in google webmaster tools) in preview its show picture of product but when click them, it shows non exits links ?

Please give me some advice, how to make 301 redirect that avoid penalty in future. and how I do now that Google remove penalty ?
