Hi Alex, do you know how to turn on errors?

 

for anything below 1.5.3

 

config/config.inc.php

change to look like this:

@ini_set('display_errors', 'on');

 

----- 1.5.3

config/defines.inc.php

define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true);

 

then when you get the error, using google copy your error message, search 'prestashop (your error message)'.

do not know how to turn the page in error plus I managed to find dreamweaver cs5

As Elpatron stated, you should change this settings and you should be able to see what is causing this error

Yes and google the error message along with PrestaShop is the best way, rather than using the Forum search function. Also, I like using "site:prestashop.com" in the search bar to only search what is on our website.
