Products not in categories creating "hack attempt" error

It seems as if the Presta system is not handling products that are not in any category well enough.

These products, appear in modules such as Top Sellers, and they appear in search results.
When people click this product, they get a "hack attempt" error.

I think there are two possible solutions:
Either make all modules ignore products that are not in any category (my personal preference)
OR
Remove this hack attempt error, and let this page show the product details.
