[Solved] Product image previews not showing in admin area

PrestaShop Version: 1.5.3.1

Template being used: http://www.templatem...emes/41119.html

 

There's a minor version mismatch between what is recommended for the template and what's being run. I'm hoping it's not the cause of my issue, as everything else is working perfectly.

 

Problem:

No image previews are being shown when editing a product in the admin area. Specifically, in the grid on the Images tab where the Cover/Delete options are (see image). This makes managing images difficult.

 

 

Solutions Attempted:

Clearing cache

Regenerating .htacces file

Regenerating thumbnails

Turning caching on and off

Turning force compile on and off

Adding/removing product images multiple times in multiple image formats

 

Other Notes:

When inspecting the code for the broken image, this is the path it's trying to load: /img/p/4/6/46-small_default.jpg

(the 46 changes to a different number depending what image I inspect)

 

That file, of course, doesn't exist, and I'm not sure if it's PrestaShop related or template related.

in your back office when you press, Preferences -> Images do you have 'small_default' on the list or only 'small'

I only had 'small' listed. I added a 'small_default' and regenerated thumbnails, now it's all working! Thank you.

I just moved over to version 1.4.9. I have changed pictures on my product page and they show up fine when I'm in the admin area, but when I view the product page as a potential customer, they do not show up. Any suggestions?
