Can't even set-up!

Hi - and apologies for the uber-newb post.

I'm wanting to set up a prestashop on a Parallels Plesk V-Server.

There's a quick installation option which I have chosen - so Prestashop is installed directly, rather than me having to upload via FTP.

Problem is, after the install, I should be able to access the site home page, and carry on with set-up.

However, in my case, I open the page, and it says "Service unavailable".

 

So, question is, why should this happen?

Is there something I need to do, before I can access the set up screens?

 

With one of these quick installations, will it set up the mySQL database as well?

 

I'm a complete novice at this, so any help would be greatly appreciated...

Are you sure that setup has finished? What page are you trying to access?

I can't even get to the first page of the set up.

This sounds to me that your server isn't configured right. Can you make sure that your hosting is fulfilled. You can read Prestashop server requirements here.

It's meant to be a script installation on Parrallels Vserver with Plesk control panel.

If the script doesn't work, you should be contacting your hosting support.
