Change cart into order manually ? - Urgent Client paid already.

Hi

The cart - order - paypal were working perfectly except :

a client purchased some items, paid with paypal.
Paypal confirmed the payment via email, however the cart did not change into an order.

This is the first time that this is happening.

I have tested it just after paying with paypal and it is working back to normal again...

so for this client, how will I change his cart into an order manually?
