As one of my catagories has been deleted and now I receive a 500 internal server error and a 404 message. I checked with the server company and they said everything is ok their end soooo that leads me to conclude it is prestashop... I am a complete novice and think the $399 for technical support may be worth it, However, What I need to know is the support 24hours a day ??? As I live in S.
