cfangerow Posted February 9, 2013 Share Posted February 9, 2013 I am a new user to PrestaShop and am using v. 1.5.2. I am unable to find a way to enter or change product quantities. The user manual states there should be a Quantities tab in the Catalogs/ Products/Edit section but I can see no such tab. Neither can I find anywhere to enter or change quantities in the Information tab. I have searched for hours to find the answer with no luck. Can someone help? If you cannot see it, perhaps your server does not fulfill the min. memory_limit of 128M, which is necessary to load all scripting on BO and FO. You should increase the memory_limit. guest* Posted February 10, 2013 Share Posted February 10, 2013 How many memory_limit ? Fewer than 128M or more ? magic_quotes is OFF ? safe-mode is OFF ? You have activated the warehouse function ? However, I noticed that register_globals is On and in my Configuration I have this error message: Please fix the following error(s) register_globals. I edited the php.ini file and changed the register_globals to Off and of course the error message went away. But I still have no Quantities tab. cfangerow Posted February 10, 2013 Author Share Posted February 10, 2013 I just went back and re-read your last post and noticed what you said about the warehouse function - when I read it the first time I had just woken and my brain wasn't fully in gear!
