nutsandseeds
Hi I've got a problem with Google Checkout on our website www.nutsandseeds.co.uk. We're using Prestashop 1.5.3.1 Stable. Our other payment modules seem to be working ok. When checking out with Google Checkout, this error occurs. Server error The website encountered an error while retrieving https://www.nutsandseeds.co.uk/modules/gcheckout/payment.php. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly. HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfil the request. I've setup google correctly and it was working 6 months ago on 1.4 versions of prestashop. I've also tried solutions online such as this link but still no change: http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/151142-google-checkout-api-callback-error/ Thanks for your help
notcrack
I was having this problem. I had to contact my web hosting provider and request them look for any problems. They said that the google request was causing memory problem. They increased the limits and it started working for me. I know it's not the greatest solution, but it worked for me. PascalVG
If it is indeed related to memory, try this: Edit your file: config//config.inc.php and add the line: ini_set('memory_limit','128M'); Let us know the result. Pascal
