bogdan.nistor
Hello, I have a problem: I have installed Prestashop on my local server, but when I try to login to my backoffice, it just won't log in. I tried reinstalling several times. No error messages. Could someone help me ? Could it be that I allready have a copy of Prestashop installed (this oan eworks fine)? Mogul
I don't know if this will help, but I'll say it anyway....When I first installed prestashop on my server, I installed it before the nameservers had changed (so my domain was still pointing at my old server). I thought I could get around this by installing prestashop via the IP address rather than the domain name. It worked, until it came to logging into the back office. Then, like you, it just wouldn't login. So maybe your problem is similar to how mine was?The info entered during the setup process I think needs to match the actual location of the install.Hope that helps. Don't know if it will.
