I upgraded to 1.5 in Jan this year and I've been updating my shop after logging on and working in the back office earlier in the day, about 4 hours later when I tried to log on I got the message below. I'm not sure why I would have to do this? Is this a problem with the new version 1.5? By the way, I didn't do this, I am a newbie at the web design and I don't have any programming experience and I am a little concerned about making this change. For security reasons, you cannot connect to the Back Office until after you have: deleted the /install folder renamed the /admin folder (e.g. /admin123171) Please then access this page by the new URL (e.g. http://www.yoursite.com/admin123171) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

sarahca Posted February 9, 2013 Author Share Posted February 9, 2013 Ok renamed the folder but I still get the same message on the recommended /admin.... name changes. but I still can't get in to my back office. never got this before with 1.4. maybe I should have stayed there....
