After product name editing nothing happen in back office

Hi everybudy!

 

I need some help about my Prestashop backoffice store.

 

When I edit product name and save it nothing happened but in the front office the product name it is changed but in the back office showing me still old name and not edited.

Some ideas?

 

I edit the text and save it. In the front office it is ok like have to be edited but in the back office doesn't work.

Hi

I am finding the same problem. Edit the name of a product and it changes in the Front Office, but not in the Back Office. This also happens when you duplicate a product to speed up adding them where products have similarities, you end up with two products with the same name in the Back Office. Not ideal. Is this a bug??

 

Any advice gratefully received. My client is dyslexic and so will find a real problem editing these products if the names look the same.
