eqilibrium
Hi Gianluca,Yes, this is a big problem that prestashop have because it only send's out 1 cookie. Unfortunatly, there's too little or nothing that we can do for now. I've been strugling with this issue for a wile now and the only way that I found to be able to get my translated pages into google index is to every week or so, set up my shop's default language for one of the other translations. This way, when google robot scrools my shop, it will index the new pages.Of course, this if you have a tool that enables you to know when will gogle visit your shop...Best of luck, and if anybody knows any trick's post them ;-)
TRUTHSEEKER
Hi,i am no expert, but could you not just setup the translated version of your site on a subdomain of your main domain, i am with godaddy and get 90 subdomains, eg http://yoursite.nameoflanguagehere. comeg http;//yoursite.french.comi dont know if thats the best way to do it i am just guessing its the only way google will find all translations easily. Cédric Girard
HiIt's possible to have several shops with one language for each. I actually work on a Prestashop website, which use two languages (french and english), two domains names but one back-office and one database ;-)When I'll finish the modifications I'll post how I made the website's organization. It's not difficult, but you must be attentive. On the other hand, I modify the header.php file too, to kill all problems of duplicate content on each shop (I made a presentation 2 weeks ago at the Prestashop Barcamp in Paris, about this solution for SEO)

Cédric Girard
It's the header.php file you must modify (at the root of the shop ; the header.tpl file should be eventually modified to implement the Canonical META)I give some informations here (in french sorry) : http://www.effi10.com/technique-web-css/prestashop-corriger-le-duplicate-content/And here (my slide for the Barcamp - in french again, sorry ) : (ps : it seems Slideshare is down actually but I think it'll work again soon)
