Can't extract/install English (default) translation pack

Ok, this is weird.

I accidentally deleted the default language (oops..) and shits happened. I managed to fix it by setting the default language by force to an available language.

 

And I want to add the pack again from Localization > Translations, Pick English, import. Boom "Archive cannot be extracted.".

 

I was like what the hell? And then I downloaded it from http://www.prestasho....5.3.1/en.gzip. Tried to install it manually and..."Archive cannot be extracted."

 

What? Why? Every other languages can be installed but that? The default language? The mother language can't be installed? What the hell?
