blackbudget Posted February 7, 2013 Share Posted February 7, 2013 I've added a few products to the shop with many combination, however if i save the product and then try and go back to it to edit i get a popup error " Some tabs was not loaded correctly, do you want to reload them?" I think this is because of the number of combinations in the product. see the attached image. At first i thought it might be a memory issue so i increased the memory to 64mb then 128mb and then 164mb but this didn't resolve the issue. If i check to log on my server i see this: [cgi:error] [pid 4620] AH01215: PHP Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 168034304) (tried to allocate 40961 bytes) in /home/sites/blindland.co.uk/public_html/tools/smarty/sysplugins/smarty_internal_templatebase.php on line 172 I also get the following timeout error which i'm trying to get my hosting to help with: [cgi:error] [pid 29570] AH01215: PHP Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/sites/blindland.co.uk/public_html/classes/Tools.php on line 1044 this is a major issue as you can imagine any help advise would be great Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
