adamdp Posted February 7, 2013 Share Posted February 7, 2013 Hi just loaded my site and 'VIEW' from 'VIEW FULL SIZE' was black and underlined on one of the product pages, and on hovering over it an ad popped up and clicking on it sent me to a survey. I checked other products and there was nothing. When I refreshed the same product it had gone. Not much of an issue I suppose but a bit concerning. El Patron Posted February 7, 2013 Share Posted February 7, 2013 first thing to do is change your ftp password for that hosting account. on your home/business computer make sure you have an antivirus program installed an up to date then using an ftp program, download your site root files (all files) that should identify any maleware once you identified the file(s) you can replace them with good files good luck 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
