Nodge Posted February 6, 2013 Share Posted February 6, 2013 I wanted to issue a customer with a 10% discount voucher as they had inadvertantly overpaid. I was hoping to use a code something like 10OFF but when I try and enter this code I'm told that numbers are invalid characters, so in the end I used TENOFF. Is that actually correct? If instead of entering a code I click on "NEW" to the right of the box for the code it seems to automatically generate a new code which includes numbers so surely numbers can be included in the voucher code. I see that when you started to enter 1234 for the voucher code you got the same message saying "Invalid characters - numbers and !<> etc" but you just ignored it.
