jon22 Posted July 3, 2009 Share Posted July 3, 2009 ok ive uploaded a product via the tools>upload section, i only did one as a test, and glad, ive ran into a few issues. In the backend the product shows, its in the correct category, however for some reason where the products are listed in catalog section there is a thumbnail pic of another product which is completely unrelated to the one i uploaded with the product - strange. But most importantly in the front end on my site when i click on the product category, the product fails to load and so does the rest of the page it seems, i scroll down only a little and it just says product, image and thats it, no footer or anything.in the back end when i click on view this product it takes me to the product and it seems to be displayed correctly so i have no idea whats going on any help needed urgently, please.
