rokasv
Hello, couldn't find the solution browsing this forum, sorry if the sollution is already found. I think it could be useful for many Prestashop users. In my shop i use Layered navigation filter, it's very usefull, while users usually come already knowing what they want very strictly, but without a filter it would be hard to find wanted product. Still, i cannot find the solution for better filtering when products have combinations. For example: i sell apples. Apples are red, green and yellow. So i set these colors as a combinations of a product apple, set different prices, everything is ok. But every separate color have different weight. Red - 100 gr Yellow - 150 gr Green - 200 gr How to make layered navigation filter it by weight? I cannot make 3 different products (red apple, yellow apple, green apple), because some of my products have 10-20 and more combinations. I also cannot assign different features for every combination, because there is no such option (or i cannot find it) in prestashop platform. larrywberg
I believe I have the same problem. We have thousands of shoes. One shoe may have 22 different "colors" such as Red Patent Leather, Red Snake, Linen Smooth, etc. I want layered navigation to offer choices of simply Red, White, Green, Brown, etc. If I could place a feature per combination (such as adding Red to combinations that have color "Red Patent Leather", I would be able to accomplish this. I don't see a way to do this right now. Is there some other organization of products/attributes/features that allows this?
