malagacar Posted February 5, 2013 Share Posted February 5, 2013 Hi, I'm facing a very weird problem with our prestashop site. Some old customers have told us they are receiving emails from our store containing details about their first order with us (same products, same price, same order id). I've checked the orders tab inside admin and it is true! Each order made since 2012 is being re-sent to our customers. I just have to wait until the exact day and minute of the next order and it will happen again. I'm really confused. I've attached a picture including the last "auto-updated order". I'm sure there is no manual intervention. Have you ever experienced this problem? Thank you. PD: We purchased Orlique Order Manager some time ago, I don't know if it is related with this problem. malagacar Posted February 5, 2013 Author Share Posted February 5, 2013 I've found something interesting: Using order manager, when I try to edit any of these auto-updated orders and go back without changing anything, order date is updated automatically. If I try to edit any other order and go back without making modifications, there is no problem, dates are not updated. It seems to be something related to Orlique Order Manager.
