rmorrall Posted February 4, 2013 Share Posted February 4, 2013 Hi, I have a shopping cart that works fine and have installed a theme and added new modules such as the Paypal module successfully but I am having some problems with the Positions page. If you look at the attached screenshot it appears like this is all browsers and when tried in Firefox and error message appears saying "TECHNICAL ERROR[object XMLHttpRequest]" appears. Carolina Custom Designs Posted February 5, 2013 Share Posted February 5, 2013 You need to increase your php memory. I would contact your web host and ask that they increase the memory. crisarno Posted February 8, 2013 Share Posted February 8, 2013 Hello, i have exactly the same trouble, it happens after 1.4.8.2 to 1.4.9.0 upgrade, after fixing the live update bug, everything was still working fine and after removing a lot of modules that i don't use and installing a new paypal module, my position disapear, it's exactly like your screenshot The shop is still working, but no way to acces to module positions... crisarno Posted February 8, 2013 Share Posted February 8, 2013 (edited) I have found what was wrong for me : i have activated a module named "themeinstallator", when i remove it, i can acces to module positions like before i hope this could work for you !
