No Order Email Going to Shop Owner ?

Hi

I am having a little trouble with getting Prestshop to function properly - i am sure I am missing something really simple, could you help please.
When an order is placed and purchased the client who has purchased the item gets their order confirmation email, but the owner of the shop isn't getting the order through to them in an email. Where do I have to enter the shop owners email address in my Prestashop admin panel so that the orders will go through to the store owners. At the moment they are having to go into the admin panel and physically check.
I have the shop email address entered in the module> email alerts.
Should I have the shop email somewhere else also?
Any help to clear this up would be very welcome.

I have the same problem... in Prestashop exist an option to send an email to the owner, or a code to fix this?

try to check your email address on preferences -> email

By the way did you add a new language follow by translation from en to yr new language?

Do you have the Mail Alerts module installed?
Modules> Mail alerts > Config....
You can set up the email adress there, but they gonna get just an email that an order arrived.

I'll have this, but in the e-mail of the order there is not showed the e-mail of the customer
