Guest
I have played with the multistore feature and decided it is probably more hassle that it is worth (for us -I can see the benefits for others) So what is the correct method to cleanly remove the multishop - just delete in the Advanced Parameters > Multi-shop menu? What would happen to all the modules configured for multishop and ll the data they may contain? Will the database tables be cleaned?

Guest
I tried just deleting the store, but that left my main store locked in maintenance mode

YiannisK
I have the same problem, when I disabled multistore some data were stored hidden and I cannot add quantities at products with combinations. Edit: Solved, I had to rename the Group back to Default and also had to disable the group shop "Status" Edited May 27, 2013 by joss_54 (see edit history)

MarcoNeiko
I have the same problem, when I disabled multistore some data were stored hidden and I cannot add quantities at products with combinations. Edit: Solved, I had to rename the Group back to Default and also had to disable the group shop "Status" Same problem here, i cannot edit product quantities of combinations from the backoffice, in my case after i disabled multishop and advanced stock management, (i had to because those options had problems with some payment modules) i think the problem relies on a bug about disabling one of those features. Pogwizd Krzysztof
For future generations:If you have problems with quantities of product (you get alert that you can not set quantity) because you probably enable and then disable Multistore feature you have to:1. Turn ON Multistore again2. Go to "Advanced > Multistore" and choose "Edit" on store group3. Turn OFF "Share the quantities available for sale"4. Disable Multistore
