Teddy's Dad
Hello all I have a problem uploading product images to my website. This problem started out of nowhere (that I can think of). Everything were ok and one day it wasn't. When I upload an image either for products or any of the modules (such as rotating banner), all i get is "1 error" and then "1. Array". I am using Presta 1.4.8.2 with a cusom theme. So far: I have checked the permission on /imag and /upload and all is well. I even temporarily changed it to 777 [*]Images are all the right file size and dimensions, etc.. In fact I am re-using one of the product images already on site [*]I have reset the cache in the admin panel, forced re-compile [*]I have also clered the tmp subfolder under images I am lost. Can anyone help please? Regards Calvin
PascalVG
I found something that looks similar here: http://www.prestasho...-copying-image/ Maybe have a look and see if that helps. My 2 cents, Pascal If not, when exactly does the error occur? When (just) starting uploading, or at (almost) the end? Teddy's Dad
Hello Pascal Many thanks for your help. Unfortunately, even after reading the link you sent me, I have the same error. I have done the following, since my first entry: 1 - Rechecked the folder permissions 2 - Moved images to the new image system which was successful 3 - Disabled legacy image file system 4 - rebuilt the thumbnails You asked a very interesting question. Does the problem happen at the begining of the file upload which made me think. Originally, I was testing with a 10Kb file, but after reading your question I tried a 1Mb file. I think it is happening after upload. Our internet connection is too good (LOL),so it is happening really fast. I am not sure how to check if the file is uploaded to the temp folder, but I am going to try this and see if I can figure out when the error occurs. Thank you Nima
