findapattern Posted January 30, 2013 Share Posted January 30, 2013 Hi all i currently have website for my wifewww. findapattern.co.uk but it shows 79.170.44.122/findapattern.co.uk . When i go into back office/preferences/seo and urls to change shop domain name from 79.170.44.122 to www.findapattern.co.uk i get a message that says You are currently connected with the following domain name: 79.170.44.122 This is different from the main shop domain name set in "Preferences > SEO & URLs": www.findapattern.co.uk Click here if you want to modify the main shop domain name tried to modify it but get the same am going mad now and [spam-filter] getting fed up please help many thanks in advance john Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
El Patron Posted January 30, 2013 Share Posted January 30, 2013 Pretty sure it's because you are still accessing your back office using the IP address rather than www.yoururl.co.uk/youradmin address..clear your browse cache and cookies an access using the www address.
