popup window with smarty

Hi all,

 

I'm developing a module that opens a pop up window from the product page.

 

I'd like to use the smarty template with the multi-languagea nd all the other good features.

 

The question I have, how do I include the html header for this pop up? I don't need the GUI elements of the TopHeader, just the CSS and JS like jquery.

 

When you write a module inside prestashop framework, all is ready for you. but here I need to include a bare framework for a popup page.
