Silvie Posted January 30, 2013 Share Posted January 30, 2013 (edited) I encountered an issue with products not showing in BO in some cases in Google Chrome. When I go to Catalog -> Products I can see just the top menu and a blank page - but only sometimes. The basic workaround for this is to clear your browser cookies which is very annoying and time consuming. After some investigation, I found out that this has something to do with the Stock Management tab. When you use the filter in the Stock Management tab, then the products in Products tab do not show! So - simple solution is to reset the filter using the reset button in the Stock Management tab and - solved, the products are there again in the Products tab No need to clear cache or cookies.
