JornBart Posted January 29, 2013 Share Posted January 29, 2013 Hi all, I'm testing all the functionalities of my webshop and stumbled upon a problem when trying to send a message to a customer from the BO. Using the contactform works fine: a receive the message without a problem in the BO. When I reply to the message, nothing happens. I used my personal emailaddress and I don't receive anything.
