Header logo and default language

Hi,

 

1.When i add picture to header logo, prestashop will lower the graphics from it and it will add, some white blur to background, i want background to be fully white, how to do it ?

( original version dont have this whiteblur in the picture, and changing resolution/pixels wont help, same effect.

 

2. I changed my default language to finnish, but it just wont change it to default.

I know if the viewer is US it will show it automatically english for him, but i want to force this to finnish and option to change site for english
