Andresarg Posted January 29, 2013 Share Posted January 29, 2013 Hello guys, I'm trying to use Prestashop as good as possible , but my Internet connection or something isnt quite right.. and a question came to me: Is there a Prestashop Back-end App ? so we can work off line and the with a single click update the BD at production site? benjamin utterback Posted January 29, 2013 Share Posted January 29, 2013 Hi Andres, in order for any changes to occur at your production site, you would need to be connected to the internet to access your admin panel, any changes at the admin panel will not reflect changes to the production site unless you are connected to the internet. Carolina Custom Designs Posted January 29, 2013 Share Posted January 29, 2013 I don't know if such a module exists but I would suggest you set your store up on a local server (WAMP/XAMPP) where you can make your modifications. Then when you are happy with your results you can FTP your changes to your site. This will drastically reduce the amount of time you will need to be connected to the internet and certainly reduce the risk of ruining your live site. Hope that helps!
