Contact Form just sends Confirmation mail to customer

My Prestashop 1.4.9 only sends a confirmation mail out to the customer when the send a message through the contact form.

 

I'm not receiving the message to the customer email address.

 

I'm on a GoDaddy Linux shared server.

 

Does onyone know what the problem can be?

if you search in the forums there is a fix to this. I do not have time to look for it but I know for a fact it is because I remember looking at this issue. Please search the forums and you will find the answer.

I was already searching for that for a few hours in the forum but couldn't find a solution that's why I was posting it.

 

You can't remember for what keyword I could search for?
